Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted firepits at Southern Comfort Metal Works. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange please note return shipping is not included. Unless there is a manufacture defect, we will not return used firepits. Please note that customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
